At all the Expos we went to last year we had a tremendous response to the launch of our top quality EC T-shirts. 2016 is going to be bigger and better and we’re already signed up to be at even more events!
We’ll be kicking off our event calendar with The National Triathlon Show at the Lee Valley VeloPark, 8–10 April. This show is taking on a new guise and venue, formerly being the TCR Show based at Sandown Park Race Course. We’re excited about the new venue and being in the Infield! Come and check out our new 2016 designs – we’re on stand A2.
Next up in the calendar is a more local and grass roots event in mid May, Round 4 of the London League Triathlon Series hosted by our friends Crystal Palace Triathlon Club at the National Sports Centre. With over 800 competitors it is one of the largest London League meetings. It’s great to be supporting them once again.
The following weekend 20–22 May we’ll be exhibiting at Spin London, an urban cycling show at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, E1 6QL. We’ve not been to this show before so we’re hugely excited, and we’ll have a totally new expo set up for this one. Come and find us at Stand C3, just outside the Craft Beer room! :)
From urban cycling to retro on two wheels, our next scheduled event is the Eroica Britannia Cycle Festival in the Peak District 17-19 June. This family friendly event won Best Non-Music Festival of 2015 and people travel from far and wide to attend. There is camping, live entertainment and even a sportive for ‘vintage’ bikes made before 1987. There will also be lots of moustaches, woollen jerseys and cap doffing! Bring it on!
We’re back to the capital for the world-class festival of cycling, the Prudential Ride London event on 29–31 July. It features one of the biggest closed road sportives taking in much of the 2012 Olympic Road Race route out into the iconic Surrey hills and back. The expo was great last year and we’re looking forward to being part of it again. We’re on Stand 30 at the Excel, same stand as last year.
We’ll be back at The Cycle Show at the Birmingham NEC 23–25 September. The UK’s flagship cycling event will be bigger than ever. With hundreds of stands The Cycle Show attracts thousands of visitors from all over the UK. Specialist bike brands from around the world rub shoulders with quirky niche brands like ours. Visit us on Stand K25.
We love being out on the road, meeting our customers and swapping tales. So if you visit any of the above shows stop by our stand and say “Hi”. We usually have a tempting show discount on offer – definitely another incentive to seek us out.
And keep an eye on this blog for further announcements of where we’ll be out and about.
